What is R.H.P.O.A.?

The Rustic Hills Property Owners Association (RHPOA) was incorporated in 1967 for the purpose of representing and acting on behalf of all property owners in Rustic Hills on matters pertaining to:

.... and other matters of community interest.

Seven trustees are elected with staggered terms at an Annual Meeting held in March of each year. In addition to electing new Trustees at the meeting, we summarize the past year's activities, discuss future plans, and solicit suggestions. Discussions are welcomed and the floor is open to all residents. AlI property owners may attend this meeting.

Rustic Hills is divided into five areas. Each area is represented by one of the trustees who also resides in that area. The areas, trustees and sublot numbers for each area are listed in this directory. Two of the trustees are elected At Large. All trustees serve without compensation.

The Association maintains four standing Committees which are as follows:

A member of the Montville Township Trustees regularly attends the RHPOA monthly meetings. This serves the important function of coordinating the activities of the two organizations.

RHPOA activities are supported by annual dues invoiced in March of each year. In addition, to accomplish special upgrading activities, a short-term assessment may be in effect. In contrast to any limited term Assessment, dues support landscaping maintenance, lighting, legal, printing, and mailing expenses.

We welcome participation by all owners and their families in RHPOA activities. In fact, many projects are completed by volunteer activity. If you have any questions or concerns about the Community which the Association may handle, please contact your Area Trustee.

RHPOA Trustee meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM in the Rustic Hills Country Club. Residents are welcome to attend.
